All student athletes must have a physical on file before participating in formal practice (weights & conditioning, practice, and scrimmages). This includes all student athletes that will be joining the team in the following year, or a person trying out for the team.

Women’s Soccer Abigail Bacon and Men’s Soccer Jorge Perez both recognized by the ACCAC.
Bacon freshman defender from Mohave High School was named Honorable Mention for the 2014 All-ACCAC Women’s Soccer Team.
Perez sophomore from Maryvale High school was named 2nd Team All-ACCAC.
The South Mountain Soccer Program gave back to their community by hosting a free soccer clinic at the Salvation Army KROC Center in South Phoenix Saturday (9-6-2014) from 9AM-Noon.
The Cougars had a strong first half in the opening game of the 2014 season, trailing just 1-0 at the half. However, Mesa CC pulled away for a 3-0 victory in the second half of the game on Saturday.
