Learn the basics of designing and implementing a personalized fitness program to meet your needs in the areas of Cardiovascular Fitness, Weight Control, Muscular Strength and Flexibility. Prerequisites: None.

****************************************** Do you want to lose weight, gain muscle or enhance your health? Let us help you reach your fitness and health goals! Fitness for Life may be repeated for credit. This course is associated with a letter grade. Grading scale is based on the number of hours completed: A - 17hrs, B - 15hrs, C - 12.5hrs, D - 10, F - Less than 10hrs All students must attend an orientation the first week of class or you will be dropped. Orientations will be held in the Fitness Center the first week of class. The Fitness Center is open from M-Th 6am-7pm and F 6am-5pm. Bring class schedule and Student ID to orientation.
