Class Meets for Fourteen (14) Weeks
Special Fee Payable at Time of Registration.
Do you want to build muscle and strength? This class is built around Olympic Lifting and Free Weights in the Athletic Weightroom. You get full access to the fitness center and access to the Athletic Weightroom Tuesday and Thursday, 10AM û 12PM. This course is associated with a letter grade. Grading scale is based on the number of hours completed: A - 17hrs, B - 15hrs, C - 12.5hrs, D - 10, F - Less than 10hrs All students must attend an orientation the first week of class or you will be dropped. Orientations will be held in the Fitness Center the first week of class. The Fitness Center is open from M-Th 6am-7pm and F 6am-5pm. Bring class schedule and Student ID to orientation. Tuition Waiver for Full Time Employees is located in the Fitness Center. For more information call the Fitness Center Front Desk, 602-243-8241.
