After receiving my Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from South Mountain Community College, I transferred to Ottawa University where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree In Information Technology Systems. My undergraduate coursework consisted of computer programming, web development/design, database administration, and computer networking.
With regard to my professional credentials, I have worked in the IT field for nearly 17 years--both private and public sector. My love for technology and experimentation has allowed me to serve in a number of different IT related capacities throughout my career. Digital Video Production, Home Automation, IT Consulting, Technical Support, and IT Management are just a few examples. Currently, I am apart of the management team that is responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure of South Mountain Community College. I specifically manage the Help Desk support team. My areas of expertise are Mobile Technology, Mac Administration, and Audiovisual Systems.
