Device Return Instructions

Appointments are preferred for device returns.

Appointments are typically scheduled Monday-Thursday from 11am-4pm, but appointments can be scheduled outside of these hours for students who are unable to meet during our normal hours.

Students who have graduated or otherwise will not be returning to SMCC will need to make arrangements to return the device(s).

Drop off Instructions:

To maintain social distance and prevent the spread of COVID-19, SMCC is offering a drive-up return service.

Enter the campus off of 24th Street at the stop light and follow the red route (see picture below). The drop off zone is the green box – when you arrive please call 602-243-8324. The path to exit is outlined in yellow. Please follow these paths.

When you arrive, stay in your vehicle and a staff member will meet you to pick up the laptop and charger. (Please don’t forget the charger). A staff member will present you with a “receipt” of returning the laptop. Please keep this receipt as proof of the return.
