The STARS Scholarships Fundraising Breakfast will honor long-time STARS supporters Cloves Campbell, Jr., and Lanette Campbell.
Cloves Campbell, Jr., is the publisher of the Arizona Informant newspaper, the only African American newspaper in Arizona. He was a member of the Arizona House of Representatives from 2003 to 2011. Lanette Campbell is the founder and director of the Black Rodeo USA. She is responsible for leading strategic and culturally relevant events and programs to reach the African American community.
