The SMCC Disability Committee, in collaboration with Ability Maricopa and Equality Maricopa, presents:
UNBOXED: THE INTERSECTION OF IDENTITIES WORKSHOP
Faculty, staff and students: join us to create individualized boxes to convey themes related to disability, mental health, gender, women’s studies, race, culture, orientation, self-expression, etc. Participants will use their imagination and creativity to alter, craft, or build an individualized box as the conduit for your own story or message.
The two-hour workshop is open to all SMCC employees and students. Please note, this workshop has been submitted for 2.0 hours of faculty professional growth.
