The SMCC Guadalupe Center Celebrated Halloween and Día de los Muertos with the Pascua Yaqui Tribe

The Guadalupe Center and the American Indian Student Center joined the Pascua Yaqui Tribe Halloween and Traditional Anime Kona-Día de los Muertos celebration.

The Spooktacular focused on this year’s theme Healing & Honoring Loved Ones by bringing community partners to celebrate and reaffirm commitment to helping prevent and address domestic violence and substance abuse.

The Traditional Anime Kona- Día De Los Muertos Yaqui Flower Wreath Workshop was hosted at the SMCC Guadalupe Center creating Yaqui flower wreaths for community members to place during the Yaqui Día de los Muertos on November 2.
