Admissions and Records is here to assist with transcript request(s) and evaluation.
Both official and unofficial transcripts containing your academic history at South Mountain Community College and all other Maricopa County Community Colleges are easily obtained in a variety of different ways.
Please note:
- Please check these items to ensure you are only charged the $5 fee once as we are unable to process refunds:
- Legal name, address, telephone, or email contact information has changed, please be sure to update your student account
- Requests will not be held for final grades, degrees, and/or certificates to post to the students’ record.
The Maricopa County Community College District has one combined transcript report. Coursework from any of the 10 colleges you have attended will appear on the same official transcript; there is no need to order multiple transcripts from each college.

1) You can order your official transcripts directly from Parchment. Transcripts ordered through Parchment are considered official and are sent digitally to another college/university or yourself. To obtain a copy of your official transcripts from South Mountain Community College, you can go to Parchment and start by entering in your email. You may need to know your student ID number and dates of attendance. Any course(s) taken within the Maricopa County Community College District will show up on the same transcript. Next, search for the college or university you wish to send the transcript to. The cost is $5.00 per transcript. |

2) You can order official transcripts by linking to Parchment though your Student Account. Log into your Student Center using your MEID and password. Click on the Academic Records tile and then select official transcript on the left side. This will direct you to Parchment. If you need to retrieve or reactivate your account information, follow the links below: |
